International Women's Day 2026

International Women’s Day (IWD) is celebrated annually on 8 March and has been recognised for over 100 years, honouring the achievements of women around the world, and highlighting the ongoing struggle for women's rights, and the inequality that so many women face daily. 

It is a valuable opportunity to acknowledge both the progress made, and the barriers that still exist for women worldwide.  

To mark International Women’s Day this year, we hosted a special ‘Ask Me Anything’ session with Preeya, our Managing Director. She was joined by some of the women from across KFM who shared their career journeys and experiences. 

We heard from colleagues as they reflected on the paths they’ve taken, the experiences that shaped them, the people who championed them, and the moments, big and small, that influenced who they are today. It was an opportunity for an open conversation about growth, challenges, learning and leadership, and to ask questions. 

In line with this year’s theme, “Give to Gain,” we also invited everyone to make a pledge, a small act of encouragement or support that helps someone else grow. We included these as part of our International Women’s Day reflections.  

It was wonderful to mark International Women’s Day in such an inspiring and engaging way.
