Non-Executive Chairman

Mike graduated in Economics from Manchester University, then qualified as a Chartered Accountant with EY. Mike worked at Nestle, before spending 16 years at BOC where his roles included Finance Director of the UK, MD - China and South East Asia and MD - Semiconductor.

Mike then led businesses in GKN, Serco, Rentokil and Bibby Line.

Mike now has a number of Chair roles in the Technology and Logistics sectors.

Managing Director

As a senior healthcare leader with extensive expertise in NHS procurement, sustainability, and commercial transformation, Preeya brings extensive senior leadership experience having held a variety of roles across the NHS, alongside a deep knowledge of the wider healthcare sector.

Prior to joining KFM, Preeya served as Director of NHS Central Commercial Function at NHS England, where she was instrumental in establishing the first National Energy Agreement, overseeing the rollout of a single Commercial System across the NHS, delivery of the Net-Zero Supplier Roadmap and establishing a Learning and Development Centre of Excellence.

A passionate advocate for transparency, efficiency, and ethical supply chains, Preeya is dedicated to driving better outcomes for patients and delivering lasting value for the NHS.

Director of Managed Services

Jo has 20 years of NHS healthcare experience encompassing senior management and clinical roles at Central London Community Healthcare, Royal Surrey and Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust

Jo has a passion for developing high performing teams that deliver dynamic services to enable positive patient and clinician experiences.

Director of Procurement 

Neil brings extensive experience in strategic procurement across both the NHS and private sectors. Prior to joining KFM, Neil led the UK team at Health Trust Europe, delivering procurement services to external partners. He also served as Managing Director at a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust, where he led procurement and supply chain operations.  

Neil is a strong advocate for collaborative working, valuing partnerships with suppliers, teams, and healthcare organisations. He understands the importance of collaboration in driving success and efficiency. A passionate leader, Neil is also dedicated to staff and team development, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement within the procurement function. 

Director of HR & Business Services

Robin has gained his experience predominantly in HR across public, private and third sector organisations and has worked for KFM since 2018, during which time he has built a deep understanding of our business and our people. Along with our HR function, Robin oversees our Business Services portfolio including, Communications, Marketing, Data and Automation.

Before joining KFM, Robin worked for the NHS Business Services Authority and Commissioning Support providing comprehensive HR support services.

Director of Supply Chain

With over two decades of experience in private healthcare and a robust background in the NHS, Jaymin Shah has consistently delivered transformative results in Supply Chain Management. He has successfully led large-scale transformation programmes and driven operational excellence across both private and public healthcare sectors.

Jaymin’s leadership spans regional and national roles, where he has optimised inventory management, streamlined procurement processes, and implemented advanced systems to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. His strong foundation in finance, combined with a deep commitment to healthcare, underpins his strategic approach to enhancing KFM’s Supply Chain capabilities. Jaymin remains dedicated to ensuring the continued delivery of exceptional services to King’s College Hospital and the broader healthcare community.

Director of Finance & Commercial

Stuart has broad commercial experience across various sectors including Healthcare, Social Care and Education, where he has been instrumental as a Senior Leader.

Prior to joining KFM, Stuart was Finance Director at Bertram Nursery Group, a children’s nursery business with 42 sites across Scotland and North West England. Stuart has held significant roles as Finance Director for Bupa Home Healthcare and Head of Corporate Finance at Bupa Group. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
