KFM and Omnicell announce strategic collaboration intended to strengthen healthcare inventory management
The solution pairs Omnicell’s smart automation and intelligent inventory management software with KFM’s end-to-end operational service, and is intended to support improved patient safety, stronger financial sustainability, and enhanced supply chain efficiency across NHS and wider healthcare settings.
As part of the launch, KFM and Omnicell have released a new video illustrating many of the real challenges clinicians often face, such as stockouts, waste, and manual processes, and the expected transformational benefits of a digitally enabled, operationally governed model.
One Year On: Reflecting on My First Year as Managing Director of KFM

King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust) and KFM have formally signed a 10‑year contract extension, securing their partnership through to 31 December 2036.
The agreement reflects the strength of the relationship between the two organisations and reinforces KFM’s role as a long‑term strategic partner, demonstrating the Trust’s continued confidence in KFM’s ability to deliver high‑quality healthcare support services.

Clara joins KFM from Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust, where she led procurement, supply chain and contract management for a £600m turnover organisation, delivering major strategic, capital and transformation programmes and achieving significant, sustainable efficiencies.
