Healthcare Procurement Leaders to Gather in London this October

The Procure4Health Symposium: London will take place on 7 October 2025 at the Royal National Hotel, bringing together over 300 senior healthcare procurement leaders, suppliers, and stakeholders for a day of debate, collaboration, and innovation.

Delegates will take part in a series of panel debates, presentations, and networking sessions, with themes covering:

  • Innovation in the NHS – driving discovery and implementation

  • Sustainability and Net Zero – why collaboration is crucial

  • AI and Digital Transformation – unlocking new efficiencies in procurement

  • Redefining NHS Spaces – transforming property for patients and practitioners

  • Skills and Culture – building procurement capability for the future

  • Supply Chain Resilience – prevention over cure in healthcare systems

The debates will be chaired by Preeya Bailie, Managing Director at KFM, who will guide discussions with senior NHS and public sector leaders. Outcomes from each session will be recorded, transcribed, and published in a post-event report — helping to shape policy and best practice across the NHS and beyond.

With participation from NHS trusts, local government, social care, and central government representatives, the symposium promises to be a landmark event in healthcare procurement reform.
