KFM shortlisted as finalist at national GO Awards
May 2026 - KFM is delighted to be shortlisted as a finalist at the national GO Awards, which celebrate excellence, collaboration and social value across public sector procurement.
This year, KFM has been shortlisted in the following category:
Collaborative Procurement Initiative Award - Healthcare Organisations
KFM’s entry, South London Cardiac Collaborative Procurement: Delivering £15.4m Value Through Clinically Led System Collaboration, recognises the power of collaborative working across KFM, King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and our system partners to deliver value, innovation and improved outcomes through procurement.
Nine organisations were represented in the South London Cardiac Collaborative Procurement, coordinated by the South London Cardiac Operational Delivery Network (ODN - hosted by Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust):
NHS Supply Chain
KFM (on behalf of King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust)
SmartTogether (Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, and Lewisham and Greenwich University Hospitals NHS Trust)
South West London Procurement Partnership (Croydon Health Services NHS Trust, Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS, Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and St George’s University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust)
The entry highlights how bringing together clinical leaders, procurement teams, finance, and external partners enabled the delivery of complex, high impact initiatives at scale, overcoming financial, operational and clinical challenges while ensuring best value for money.
By acting as a connector between suppliers, communities and the Trust, KFM demonstrated how procurement can deliver benefits far beyond contractual compliance.
Preeya Bailie, Managing Director of KFM, said: “Being shortlisted at the GO Awards is a fantastic achievement and a real testament to the collaboration, innovation and commitment shown by teams across KFM, King’s and our partners. This entry reflects how procurement can deliver meaningful value - not just financially, but for patients, communities and the wider NHS. I’m incredibly proud of everyone involved.”
Congratulations to everyone who contributed to the work behind this submission, in particular Lauren Robinson and Yuliya Abramova, and to the colleagues and partners who helped make this initiative a success.
