King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and KFM strengthen long‑term partnership with new 10‑year contract.
King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust) and KFM have formally signed a 10‑year contract extension, securing their partnership through to 31 December 2036.
Signing the 10-year contract extension: Roy Clarke, Chief Financial Officer at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and KFM Board Member, with Preeya Bailie, Managing Director of KFM.
The agreement reflects the strength of the relationship between the two organisations and reinforces KFM’s role as a long‑term strategic partner, demonstrating the Trust’s continued confidence in KFM’s ability to deliver high‑quality healthcare support services.
KFM, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Trust, supports frontline care through its procurement, supply chain, technical services, pharmacy provision and digital capabilities. By ensuring the reliable delivery of critical goods and services, KFM enables clinicians to focus on patient care while driving efficiency, innovation and value for the NHS.
