Prior to that, he served as Managing Director at a wholly owned subsidiary of the Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust in Guildford, where he led their procurement and supply chain functions. Neil brings a wealth of experience from both the NHS and private sectors, and we are excited to welcome him to the team.

Jaymin Shah will take on the role of Director of Supply Chain, starting on Monday 18 August. Jaymin joins us from HCA, where he was responsible for leading the supply chain function across their UK hospitals and driving significant supply chain transformation. With a strong background spanning both NHS and independent sector healthcare supply chains, Jaymin will play a key role in enhancing KFM’s supply chain operations.

Jaymin brings extensive experience in supply chain leadership, having driven large-scale improvements and transformations across healthcare settings. His expertise in optimising complex healthcare supply chains will be critical in ensuring KFM continues to deliver exceptional support services across King’s and the wider healthcare sector.
